Same day delivery

We now offer same day deliver for our local customers.
Place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday and 2pm Saturdays and your parcel will be delivered
to your door or workplace by 5pm that day. 
A same day delivery placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next morning, except for Sundays.

Delivery is free for all orders over $99 within an approximate 10km radius of Hobart city center
Suburbs up to approximately 16km 
will cost $9 for orders over $99 or $15 for orders $99 or under.
If you don't get the option at checkout for same day delivery you can call us on 03 62876981 to arrange.

Standard Shipping 

Orders will generally be sent the same day or next business day.
We prefer to use Sendle for most orders so we can offer safe, fast and affordable postage.
Depending on the location sometimes Australia Post is the best option.
If you need your item/s sooner please let us know and we may be able to organise alternative options.

Pick Up in Store

If you want the convenience of shopping at home but want to pick up in store, you can choose this option at checkout,
choosing to pay securely online or when you pick it up.


Returns Policy

If your Item is faulty or not as described you can contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to make arrangements for a refund.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We do not refund for change of mind however we are happy to exchange, additional charges for postage may apply.
